KICKOFF PARTY

April 18, 2024 at ABC of Alaska from 5-7 p.m.

The Anchorage Home is April 20-21, 2024 at the Alaska Airlines Center from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

  • VENDOR LISTAs vendors begin to register an updated Vendor List will be available on this page. FYI the 2024 Vendor List will be available on the main Home Show page for the public to access.
     

  • VENDOR CHECKLIST:  Your go-to guide for a successful show!
     

  • MOVE-IN SCHEDULE:  Move-in is scheduled for one day only, Friday, April 19. Please plan accordingly.
     

  • MOVE-OUT SCHEDULE: is on a first come basis, please be patient and helpful with fellow vendors as everyone is moving out. In past years, move out goes very smoothly. Let's work together!
     

  • FREIGHT ELEVATORFreight elevator is only operated by an Alaska Airlines Center staff person. Vendors are not allowed to operate.
    • Freight elevator is 12' wide x 25'6" long x 93" high ​

    • Weight capacity is 20,000 lbs

    • If you do not need to use the freight elevator, this map shows other areas of the building you can utilize to move-in/out. 

  • ALASKA EVENT SERVICES:

    • Pipe and drape:

      • Your booth includes pipe and black drapery.

      • Concourse booths (9-41a) must request pipe and drape through Alaska Event Services: email info@alaskaeventservices.com or call (907) 345-8789. Since concourse booths are smaller we like to leave the decision up to the vendor.

    • Electrical:

      • Most booths include 500 watts of power.

      • Limited power (lights only)- booths 1-3, 13-21, 27-35.

      • No power- booths 6-8, 11-12, 186-188.
         

  • ALASKA AIRLINES VENDOR RULES:  Please read and comply with the rules listed. Water is not allowed to be used for displays. No helium balloons. ​​
    ​​

  • HOME SHOW TERMS & CONDITIONS:  Please read the Home Show contract you signed with your booth application.
     

  • VENDOR PROMO GRAPHICS:  Promotional graphics are created for vendors to self promote while using Home Show branding.
     

  • VENDOR PARKING: Park in the Providence parking garages during show hours. PS2 & PS3 garages are closest to the main entrance.

    • Please leave the main parking lot open for your customers, there’s only 500 spaces. If you’d like to park closer to the main entrance purchase a VIP parking pass through AHBA.

    • Main parking lot is open to vendors during move-in/out hours only. UAA parking fees waived.
       

  • VENDOR ENTRANCE:  Enter through the designated entrance during show hours of 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Vendor badge must be present. Please coordinate badge distribution prior to the show.
     

  • VENDOR BADGESTwo to four badges are provided per booth (dependent on booth size); additional badges are available for purchase.

    • ​Additional badges: $8 each, email nikki@ahba.net.

    • Pick up at the Vendor Kickoff Party: Associated Builders & Contractors (301 Arctic Slope Ave., Ste. 100)

  • VENDOR KICKOFF PARTY: Join us for the Vendor Kickoff Party on Thursday, April 18 from 5 to 7 p.m. sponsored by Associated Builders & Contractors. Pick up your vendor badges and enjoy an elevated grazing experience with charcuterie, cheeses and accompaniments. Pair it with a delectable beverage and the enjoyment of conversation with industry peers. Receive complimentary professional headshots provided by Photo Emporium. RSVP required. 
     

  • COMP TICKETS:  Provide free entry to your family, friends, past clients, etc. 

    • How it works: AHBA provides vendors with physical tickets, vendors will fill out the back of the ticket with company name and distribute accordingly. AHBA will invoice vendors $8 per ticket rendered. ​

    • Request comp tickets: Email nikki@ahba.net. Only 250 tickets are printed, request ASAP.
       

  • WORKSHOP SCHEDULE: If you're interested in hosting a workshop email nikki@ahba.net
     
  • WIFI: Log in to GCI TurboZone, no password required. 
     
  • FIRE MARSHAL: Booths must be complete for the walkthrough no later than 9 a.m. on Saturday, April 20.
     
  • FIRE EXTINGUISHERS: Alaska Airlines Center will provide what's needed for our show; vendors are not responsible
     
  • PROMO/ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES
    • Vendor Marketing Recommendations: This document provides the tools and resources for you to promote your booth across your social media platforms and through regular advertising.

    • Sponsor the event: Increase your business's visibility and reach through sponsorship opportunities with AHBA. Take advantage of AHBA's extensive marketing efforts to maximize the exposure of your brand. Whether you have a limited budget or are looking to make a larger investment, there are sponsorship options available for every business. Don't miss out on this opportunity to promote your business and gain greater recognition in the industry.

    • Advertise in the Building Alaska magazine: Maximize your advertising in AHBA's award-winning magazine, voted "Best Publication" in 2023 by the National Association of Home Builders, and the only real estate magazine in Anchorage. This magazine serves as a valuable resource for homeowners, homebuyers and industry professionals alike. 

    • Partner with Saggio, AHBA's marketing partner: The packages created will capitalize AHBA’s efforts and create synergies for both your business and the Home Show. Saggio will utilize the materials already created for AHBA’s Home Show marketing efforts to save you time and energy and produce high quality results.

    • Show off: Advertise your company logo and/or company promo videos on the big screen jumbotron in the East Gym

    •  ​$250 per logo or ad (high resolution)

    •  $500 per video - on rotation throughout the weekend​ (1920 x 1080 (MP4 or MOV)
